Equipment

  • Tall glass (16-oz tumbler or mason jar)
  • Ice
  • Long-handled spoon
  • Measuring spoons (1 tbsp and 1 tsp)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Venti Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte homemade or store-bought bottle
  • 1 tbsp White Mocha Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Apple Brown Sugar Syrup
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Dolce Topping
  • 1 tsp Caramel Drizzle plus extra for topping, optional

Instructions

  • Fill: Start by filling your tall glass right to the brim with ice. You want it good and cold so the latte stays crisp and refreshing, not watery. Big fresh cubes are best — they melt slower than crushed ice.
  • Pour: Pour the 1 cup of Venti Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte over the ice.
  • Stir: Add the white mocha sauce and apple brown sugar syrup to the glass. Grab your long spoon and stir vigorously for 15–20 seconds. This is the most important step — you want those syrups to be completely dissolved into the cold coffee. Look at the bottom of the glass to make sure no syrup is pooling there.
  • Sprinkle: Sprinkle the cinnamon dolce topping over the top. Stir it very gently, just once or twice, so it mostly stays on top for a beautiful presentation.
  • Drizzle: Finish with a generous drizzle of caramel sauce right over the top. Serve immediately with a straw.
